The Antique Room Box is a 1” scale replica of an early 20^th Century parlor with 2 dolls. It is extremely well-built and housed in a sturdy painted wooden box with a hinged framed glass door. The room is filled with Victorian era miniatures. The dolls have been dated by a doll appraiser to be prior to 1920. It is in excellent shape and measures (box) 24”w x 18”h x 12”d. The frame is 30”x 25”.

This ½” scale replica of a home at 111 Colonial Place, New Rochelle, NY, was donated to us by the Polk County Historical Museum in Bartow, Florida. It was built in the 1950’s with attention to detail and is in excellent condition. The back opens to reveal two floors of rooms with beautifully finished floors awaiting furnishings of your choice. The replica base is 26”x 18” and it’s height is 24” high at the chimney. Purchaser will be provided with the historical background of the house.
